Newport Eagles FC

Newport Eagles are a 7-a-side team from all over the south Wales area. Founded and constructed by Nick Roberts.

Newport Eagles have been in the Newport Astro-turf league for more than 6 years. And finally see the fruits of their labour in 2007 when they were promoted for the 1st time in club history. Eagles have had further success in the cup and plate competitions but have failed to get silverware.

Building on the Eagles recent success the win of change is once again blowing a gale in the Eagles camp - winning is an addiction for many of the players.... failiure is not an option.

Once the whipping boys of the league, now the leash is in their hands!
A great mighty ducks story if ever I heard one - they will make a film one day...... Adam Sandler will play Goat and Orlando Bloom will play Nick Roberts.
